The V & Co. team do a very good job managing our property. Even though our property is in a different state to where we live, we have peace of mind that it is well looked after. What we look for in a property manager is selecting good tenants up-front who pay on time and keep the property in order, making sure that rent is paid in full and on time including water usage, supporting us as owners with expert advice in relation to renewals and providing options and recommendations on maintenance matters, and thinking and acting as if they were the owner of the property. The V&Co team certainly fit the bill in these areas. What I particularly like is their availability and direct contactability. I do not have to go through a receptionist, leave a message and hope it gets passed on, I can directly contact my Property Manager to discuss a matter when I need to.
