Emma began her real estate career in 2025 and joined V & Co. Realty in February 2026, bringing a people-first mindset and strong professional experience. Prior to real estate, she worked with the ATO supporting businesses with tax matters, and earlier managed a large team in retail. These roles developed her leadership, organisation, and ability to confidently support people through complex situations.

Emma was drawn to property management through her genuine desire to help people secure homes where they feel safe and can build lasting memories. She believes great property management is built on communication, honesty, and making both owners and tenants feel respected and supported. Her warm nature and strong listening skills allow her to build trust and create positive outcomes for all parties.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys making memories with her three children and her staffy, Pearl, often heading out for spontaneous outings, park walks, and picnics. Known for her positive energy and determination, Emma is also remembered for her naturally different-coloured eyes, a small but unique detail that reflects her individuality and warmth.
